Jerawat

Cara Menghilangkan Jerawat

jerawatPada usia remaja biasanya akan timbul Jerawat. Jerawat adalah suatu benjolan kecil merah yang biasanya muncul di wajah, namun terkadang muncul juga dibagian tubuh yang lain. Jadi cara menghilangkan jerawat atau mengobati jerawat tidak perlu membeli obat jerawat berupa salep atau krem.
Jerawat tidak boleh dibiarkan begitu saja, jika tidak akan mengganggu penampilan dan mengganggu keindahan wajah. Untuk itu harus dilakukan untuk mencegah timbulnya jerawat sebagaimana tips berikut;
1. Bersihkan kulit yang berjerawat minimal 2 kali sehari dengan sabun yang lembut dan air hangat.
2. Kurangi makan makanan yang banyak mengandung lemak, tepung, gula dan makanan yang digoreng.
3. Kurangi juga minum teh, kopi, coklat dan yang mengandung alkohol.
4. Senam pagi di tempat yang tersinari matahari baik untuk tubuh.
5. Rutin mengkonsumsi sayuran dan buah-buahan.
6. Jangat memencet jerawat, karena dapat menimbulkan iritasi.
7. Menurut kata orang-tua jaman dulu, memakan daging cecak atau kadal dapat mencegah jerawat (untuk yang ini, penulis belum membuktikan, penulis belum pernah makan daging reptil).
Cara bisa menggunakan obat-obat kimia yang bisa diperoleh di apotik atau toko-toko. Tetapi akan lebih aman jika menggunakan bahan-bahan alami. Tips ini mungkin bisa membantu;menghilangkan jerawat
1. Serbuk belerang 1sdm dicampur dengan air mawar 2sdm, untuk masker wajah sebelum tidur.
2. Buah tomat yang telah masak 1 buah, dipotong dan digunakan untuk digosokkan pada kulit muka 2 atau 3 kali sehari.
3. Jeruk nipis dipotong dan digunakan untuk menggosok kulit muka 2 atau 3 kali sehari.
4. Buah belimbing wuluh 5 buah, dicuci lalu ditumbuk halus, dicampur dengan air garam secukupnya untuk menggososk muka yang berjerawat 1 atau 2 kali sehari.
5. Buah mentimun muda 1 buah dipotong, untuk menggosok muka 2 atau 3 kali sehari.
6. Rimpang temulawak 1 jari, dicuci dan dipotong-potong, direbus dengan air bersih 4 gelas hingga air tinggal 1/4nya. Setelah dingin lalu diminum dengan madu secukupnya 2 atau 3 kali sehari @ ¾ gelas.
Cara menghilangkan jerawat dengan ramuan herbal:
1. Buah belimbing wuluh 6 buah, serbuk belerang ½ sdt, digiling halus dan dicampu air jeruk nipis 2sdm, digunakan untuk menggosok dan untuk masker muka. Dapat digunakan 2 atau 3 kali sehari.
2. 20 kuntum bunga melati, buah asam 2 jari, serbuk belerang 1 sdm. Semua bahan dicuci dan dirumbuk halus dan dicampur dengan air jeruk nipis 2sdm untuk menggosok dan sebagai masker muka yang berjerawat. Bisa digunakan 1 atau 2 kali sehari atau ketika akan tidur.

Most people would be glad to have some peace of mind in their life. They would be happy to forget their troubles, problems and worries, and enjoy a few moments of inner calmness and freedom from obsessing thoughts.
What is peace of mind? It is a state of inner calmness and tranquility, together with a sense of freedom, when thoughts and worries cease, and there is no stress, strain or fear. Such moments are not so rare. They may be experienced while being engaged in some kind of an absorbing or interesting activity, such as while watching an interesting movie or TV program, while being with someone you love, while reading a book or while lying on the sand at the beach.
When you are on vacation, do you experience some sort of mental numbness? At this time the mind becomes calmer, with fewer thoughts and fewer worries. Even while you are deeply asleep, not aware of your thoughts, you are in a state of inner peace.
Such and similar activities take away the mind from its usual thoughts and worries, and bring some temporary inner peace.
The question is, how to bring more peace of mind into our life, and more importantly, how to experience it in times of trouble. You might also ask whether it is possible to make it a habit, and enjoy it always and under all circumstances. First, you need to learn to bring more moments of inner peace into your daily life. Later, you will be able to experience these moments in times of trouble or difficulties too, when you most need inner calmness and tranquility.
You can turn peace of mind into a natural habit, but to do so, special training is required, through concentration exercises, meditation and other means. Here are a few simple things that can help you:
  • Reduce the amount of time you read the newspapers or watch the news on TV.
  • Stay away from negative conversations and from negative people.

  • Don't be jealous of others. Being jealous means that you have low self-esteem and consider yourself inferior to others. This again, causes lack of inner peace.

  • Every day we face numerous inconveniences, irritations and situations that are beyond our control. If we can change them, that's fine, but this is not always possible. We must learn to put up with such things and accept them cheerfully.

  • Don't take everything too personally. Some emotional and mental detachment is desirable. Try to view your life and other people with a little detachment and less involvement. Detachment is not indifference, lack of interest or coldness. It is the ability to think and judge impartially and logically. Don't worry if again and again you fail to manifest detachment. Just keep trying.
  • Let bygones be gone. Forget the past and concentrate on the present moment. There is no need to evoke unpleasant memories and immerse yourself in them.
  • Practice some concentration exercises. This will help you to reject unpleasant thoughts and worries that steal away your peace of mind.
  • Learn to practice meditation. Even a few minutes a day will make a change in your life.
Inner peace ultimately leads to external peace. By creating peace in our inner world, we bring it into the external world, affecting other people too.

Most of us create our own problems by interfering too often in others̢۪ affairs. We do so because somehow we have convinced ourselves that our way is the best way, our logic is the perfect logic and those who do not conform to our thinking must be criticized and steered to the right direction, our direction. This thinking denies the existence of individuality and consequently the existence of God.. God has created each one of us in a unique way. No two human beings can think or act in exactly the same way. All men or women act the way they do because God within them prompts them that way. Mind your own business and you will keep your peace.


2. Forgive And Forget:

This is the most powerful aid to peace of mind. We often develop ill feelings inside our heart for the person who insults us or harms us. We nurture grievances. This in turn results in loss of sleep, development of stomach ulcers, and high blood pressure. This insult or injury was done once, but nourishing of grievance goes on forever by constantly remembering it. Get over this bad habit. Life is too short to waste in such trifles. Forgive,20Forget, and march on. Love flourishes in giving and forgiving.


3. Do Not Crave For Recognition:

This world is full of selfish people. They seldom praise anybody without selfish motives. They may praise you today because you are in power, but no sooner than you are powerless, they will forget your achievement and will start finding faults in you. Why do you wish to kill yours if in striving for their recognition? Their recognition is not worth the aggravation. Do your duties ethically and sincerely.


4. Do Not Be Jealous:

We all have experienced how jealousy can disturb our peace of mind. You know that you work harder than your colleagues in the office, but sometimes they get promotions; you do not. You started a business several years ago, but you are not as successful as your neighbor whose business is only one year old. There are several examples like these in everyday life. Should you be jealous? No. Remember everybody̢۪s life is shaped by his/her destiny, which has now become his/her reality. If you are destined to be rich, nothing in the world can stop you. If you are not so destined, no one can help you either. Nothing will be gained by blaming others for your misfortune. Jealousy will not get you anywhere; it will only take away your peace of mind.


5. Change Yourself According To The Environment:

If you try to change the environment single-handedly, the chances are you will fail. Instead, change yourself to suit your environment. As you do this, even the environment, which has been unfriendly to you, will mysteriously change and seem congenial and harmonious.


6. Endure What Cannot Be Cured:

This is the best way to turn a disadvantage into an advantage. Every day we face numerous inconveniences, ailments, irritations, and accidents that are beyond our control. If we cannot control them or change them, we must learn to put up with these things. We must learn to endure them cheerfully. Believe in yourself and you will gain in terms of patience, inner strength and will power.


7. Do Not Bite Off More Than You Can Chew:

This maxim needs to be remembered constantly. We often tend to take more responsibilities than we are capable of carrying out. This is done to satisfy our ego. Know your limitations. . Why take on additional loads that may create more worries? You cannot gain peace of mind by expanding your external activities. Reduce your material engagements and spend time in prayer, introspection and meditation. This will reduce those thoughts in your mind that make you restless. Uncluttered mind will produce greater peace of mind.


8. Meditate Regularly:

Meditation calms the mind and gets rid of disturbing thoughts. This is the highest state of peace of mind. Try and experience it yourself. If you meditate earnestly for half an hour everyday, your mind will tend to become peaceful during the remaining twenty-three and half-hours. Your mind will not be easily disturbed as it was before. You would benefit by gradually increasing the period of daily meditation. You may think that this will interfere with your daily work. On the contrary, this will increase your efficiency and you will be able to produce better results in less time.


9. Never Leave The Mind Vacant:

An empty mind is the devil̢۪s workshop. All evil actions start in the vacant mind. Keep your mind occupied in something positive, something worthwhile. Actively follow a hobby. Do something that holds your interest. You must decide what you value more: money or peace of mind. Your hobby, like social work or religious work, may not always earn you more money, but you will have a sense of fulfillment and achievement. Even when you are resting physically, occupy yourself in healthy reading or mental chanting of God̢۪s name.


10. Do Not Procrastinate And Never Regret:

Do not waste time in protracted wondering †Should I or shouldn’t I?†Days, weeks, months, and years may be wasted in that futile mental debating. You can never plan enough because you can never anticipate all future happenings. Value your time and do the things that need to be done. It does not matter if you fail the first time. You can learn from your mistakes and succeed the next time. Sitting back and worrying will lead to nothing. Learn from your mistakes, but do not brood over the past. DO NOT REGRET. Whatever happened was destined to happen only that way. Why cry over split milk?
